History

Established in 1985

For forty years, the rich aroma of fresh dough and simmering sauces has poured from the doors of this cherished pizzeria and Italian restaurant. Sal Papandrea, one of the original owners, wanted to share the flavors of his homeland- Calabria, Italy. He first started in Brooklyn, before deciding to bring his expertise to Sussex County in 1985. Day by day, pie by pie, he built a gathering place where tradition and taste flourished.

After two decades of working alongside his father, Phil officially bought into the family business in 2024. As Sal gets closer to retirement, Phil is proudly stepping up to ensure this legacy continues for generations to come. This father-son duo embrace their special partnership, the countless memories, and the evolving menu. Together, they carry out their mission of tradition, love, and feeding others like family.
